Amendments

You may review the modified Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of PrePlacementTest, shall be deemed conclusive proof of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as amended/modified from time to time. Credit Card Information

PrePlacementTest uses the maximum care as is possible to ensure that all or any data / information in respect of electronic transfer of money does not fall in the wrong hands. For completing online transactions involving payments a user is directed to a Payment Gateway, PrePlacementTest does not store or keep credit card data. Since the transaction happens on a third-party network not controlled by PrePlacementTest, once a credit card transaction has been completed, the payment information is not accessible to anyone at PrePlacementTest after completion of the on-line transaction at the Payment Gateway, this ensures the maximum security.

PrePlacementTest shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.

Activation

Due to a high incidence of credit card fraud, your PrePlacementTest services purchased online using a credit card may not be activated without a proper verification.

Restriction / Prohibitions

You hereby expressly agree not to:

• Use of the services of PrePlacementTest in a manner contrary to any law which might be applicable at the relevant time.
• Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
• Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network;
• Attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
• Attempt to interfere with, access by any other user including but not limited to by submitting a virus of any kind or Trojan horse to PrePlacementTest, overloading, Flooding, mail bombing or crashing;

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

PrePlacementTest Recruiter

1. The PrePlacementTest Recruiter profile may be updated/edited etc. by the user alone. The user shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Uploading of multiple profiles by the same recruiter using the same or different accounts shall entitle PrePlacementTest to remove the profiles without notice to the subscriber.
3. PrePlacementTest reserves its right to reject and delete any profile or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
4. The sole responsibility of the safe custody of the log in details shall be that of the user and PrePlacementTest shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. PrePlacementTest undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password created by the user/recruiter.
5. PrePlacementTest shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the user and it shall be the sole responsibility of the user to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost and expense.
6. The user represents that he/she is not a minor and is not under any legal or other disability which limits his/her ability to comply with these Terms or to install and use the services subscribed and purchased with minimal risk of harm to you or others.
7. All changes / modifications made by the user to the data / information shall be affected and will come into operation only after 24-48 hours of such changes / modifications being made.
8. On registration you agree:

   3. Unlimited Job posting/Internship posting.
   4. Short listing candidate by his academics.
   5. Online Aptitude/Technical test provides by the PrePlacementTest huge question bank or added/uploaded by you.
   6. Short listing candidate as per online test.
   7. To understand that PrePlacementTest may place the information relating to vacancies posted by me through my PrePlacementTest. Recruiter account in the any of classified sections on the website PrePlacementTest in or such other mirror or parallel site(s) or in allied publications as PrePlacementTest may deem fit and proper.
   8. Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from and related to this contest shall be Pune, India to the exclusion of all other courts.
   9. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.
